The Value of Mental Performance Conditioning On/Off The Field

The 78th Precinct Youth Council in conjunction with Sportstrata and the Berkeley Carroll Athletic Department, invite you to a special, free one hour talk by NY Mets and NY Football Giants team mental conditioning coach, Jonathan Fader, Ph.D (author of Life as Sport) on Friday, March 10 at 7pm at the Berkeley Carrol Performance space at 152 Sterling Place (between 7th and Flatbush Avenues)

Jonathan will

  • TALK about the rapidly growing field of mental conditioning.
  • TEACH some mental performance techniques that he uses with pros.
  • DEMONSTRATE how these techniques can be used on-field and in everyday life from test taking to school work to peer relationship and leadership.

The talk is geared to parents, coaches, and boys and girls ages 11 and older. We highly recommend you attend. Admission is free and there is no limit on the number of guests you can bring – but seating is first come, first served, and once the seats are filled, the doors will be closed. Doors open at 6:30pm.
