Structured and run by our professional training staff as part of our Bulldogs Baseball Academy program. Focus will be on learning the core skills necessary for players to succeed in baseball (or any other sport for that matter).
Using fun games, the sessions will teach skills that apply to all athletic endeavors – balance, weight transfer, gross motor movements, flexibility, and more, and then shown their specific application to baseball. The games will turn to baseball-specific actions, such as hand-eye coordination, throwing mechanics, lateral movement, and batting.
In the mix we will add the fundamentals of building strength, conditioning, a proper diet to attain the body’s proper chemical balances and to avoid obesity, and teach them how to gain mental control through visualization and other proven techniques.
It is our goal to jump-start all our players onto a smart path toward physical competency and confidence.
