Does your child want to improve his/her skills on the court or are they a beginner who wants to learn how to play basketball? Join our spring basketball clinic for boys and girls ages 5-8. All sessions are based on age and open for players 5-8 years old (age as of December 31, 2017). Run by qualified professional trainers there will be eight-Sunday sessions beginning March 11 and ending May 6.
Players participate in 50-minute sessions each week to learn and hone their basketball skills using fun games that will teach skills that apply to all athletic endeavors – balance, weight transfer, gross motor movements, flexibility, and more and then shown their specific application to basketball. The games will turn to basketball-specific actions.
The co-ed clinics will be held at PS 133 (610 Baltic Street). Please note that there will be no sessions on Sunday, April, 1.
