Our Professional Instructors

We understand the limits to which parents can volunteer their time to coach youth teams and the impact of insufficient instruction and practice on the overall experience of the children. They are simply facts of life.

Our solution is to provide additional opportunities for players to enhance their skills to make them more game-ready and to improve their overall experience and that of the coaches and families. It is an outgrowth of our coaches’ support programs — programs intended to help our volunteer-parent coaches enjoy their dual role as player-parents and team coaches, and to impart meaningful lessons to all their players.

On the travel side of our programs, we also acknowledge that the level of instruction needed by our players soon eclipses the knowledge and experience of most parent coaches. We also acknowledge the need to provide a means for more objective decision-making when allocating playing time and positions in such a competitive environment.
