Sports Conditioning

78-Sports-Conditioning-1200Whether your child plays Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, or any other sport, this program will help them improve their overall strength and performance. This 6-week co-ed program is designed with the young athlete in mind. The program is conducted in 55-minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Every exercise is based specifically on athletic movements that will have your child reacting quicker, running faster, jumping higher and exploding like never before. 

All exercises are used with body weight, resistance tubing, medicine balls and most importantly, NO WEIGHTS, which makes this program perfect for athletes of all ages. Athletes move in short, quick burst for a short period of time. It is important that we train our athletes to perform the same way.

Our curriculum is focused on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Our lead instructors, Luis Monell and David Robinson, designed and run this program.

Session Details:

The clinic is offered 2 days a week for 6 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays. Participants can also attend the optional Friday session. This gives participants flexibility in choosing whether to attend Monday and Wednesday, Monday and Friday, Wednesday and Friday, or all 3 days each week.
